Dimming even more ****IT!!!

OK so my previous setup of a Zapco 360.4 and JL 500/1 I only got minimal dimmage, when I was idling. Now with my new setup of PG Xenon 200.4 and 600.1 its killing it. I have a yellow top and a Kinetic in the back, is my only options a aftermarket alt? Is the big 3 actually going to help at all?

lemme ask u a question did u expect it to get better or something...

do the big 3 with 1/0 you should be fine, i barely get dimming at all with an x600.1 and an alpine 35x4 with no extra batteries and no big 3

Didn't expect it to be this much worse. Also the other 200.4 is probably 3-4x stronger than your alpine. No offense, but its putting out 935 by itself.

yes but ur only pushing probably 700 more watts... and u have TWO aftermarket batteries.... and i have a POS stock one and trust me im pushing the amp

anyways this is beside the point the big 3 should really be done before u ever get new batteries. do that shit!!!

big three will @least help and is recomended with any amp install imo. thats always the first or last thing i do before i even listen to my own systems

the JL amps certainly **** a lot of juice. i had two 500/1s and a 300/2 in my old truck, i lost one of the 500/1s and ran it like that until i waited for my new amps to come in, then went with a zapco DC1000.4 and a DC1100.1 and i had less dimming than with one 500/1 and one 300/2

big 3 should be done reguardless. if you dont do the big 3 even with a bigger alt it wouldnt do to much if anything either...
