Digital Designs vs. RE

k so im gonna sell my RE SX 15...i have a Digital Designs 3500D 12

i wanna know if my DD can get as loud as the SX 15 did being only a 12

i know DD kicks ***, and RE doesnt hold the records like DD does so i was just wanting some real input here.

the 15 will get louder imo unless u throw some really good power at that 12...re aint no slackers in spl at all, they are comin up with records of their own with the mt's...ne ways both companies imo make the best subs on the market...the 3500 series for dd is awesome...hell they're all sick...but i still think the 15 will have it in spl...not sq...

but they are both respectable subs, from what i've heard the SX doesnt like to play low, i have no experience with RE subs personally but I know people that have tried them...and ditched them soon after they got them. I have experience with DD 9512's and 9515's...and both subs are incredible...beefy subs that take abuse constantly, they won't love you unless you abuse them.

no..its install dependant...they're about the same class of woofer, so it'll be close.

in its ideal box yes...id give it like 1500-2k watts...

Well if ur lookin for the records,then how about the Premier 5000spl,take a look into it,I have yet to hear(reviews too) the World record holdin sub

DD>MT, DD=SPL-SQL/MT=SPL doesnt have a cooling system. I have no personal experiences with MT but Team DefJ has. This is what J has told me.
