Ive played around with the 1008s. And if you arent bottoming it out. You are RIGHT at its limits.

Are you talking about the vid were it has a dust cap? If so the sound you are refering to is it being playing undertuned (that enclosure was tuned @ 40hz).

I purchased it from a person on here and the dust cap had been crushed. I cut the old one off and ordered a new one but havnt got around to glueing the new one on.

Thats an older vid of one i had in a .75 cubic ft ported enclosure @ 40hz of a crossfire 402. I will addmit that i have bottomed out one of my 1008a, but it was when i was switching tracks and is not in any of the videos.
