I was just wondering because I see these around. Are Digital Audio subs good. They seem to be very close to Audiobahns subs. If anyone knows about them can you tell me if they are good and worth the money. Thanks.

i think digital audio is cheaper models of audiobahn. i think thats how it is, but still they can hit pretty f***** hard. i know someone who had a triple 10" bandpass that pounded like crazy.

I've had audiobahn natural sound 12s. I dont think anything could match that for price.

i've got bahns. they rule for spl. not much on sq. if u like spl bahns are a good way to go

I'm going to reply to this the same way i reply to all these "which is better?" posts. It's all about install. Audiobahn makes a good, solid subwoofer. Not bad prices either! I just picked up my aw1200q (the high excursion woofer) for $121.99 after shipping, and it was well worth it.

what most people in the world of audio either don't understand or aren't willing to take into consideration is the fact that your subs, amps, signal processors, head unit, etc. no matter what brand, have the potential to sound either really good, really bad or somewhere inbetween. The final result of what your system sounds like is a direct result of your knowledge and ability to build and tune an audio system.

i've said it before and i'll say it again. there are people in this world who could make a pyramid 12 in a cardboard box sealed with Elmer's school glue sound good. It just takes time, passion and a working knowledge of the intricacies of car audio.

don't go out and buy something just because some goof-*** on an internet forum tells you it's good. personally take the time listen to a whole range of different subwoofers, find something you like that you can afford, and go for it!
