Digital amps...why not?

Sure, I guess. I thought you were implying that your amps did not break when you said you have no RMA's....

Here's an example for you. You have to remember I don't play the game, I will talk shit about whoever I feel like, regardless of who sends me money to work for them... I am not paid to keep my mouth shut, I am paid to repair amplifiers:

I just repaired a SAZ-3000D today. I rebuilt it because it came in here with a blown power supply. Story behind this amp, dB-r purchased this amp from Sundown Audio to rebuild and sell as refurbished. We sold it about 2 maybe 3 weeks ago, it tested FINE on my bench. When the customer got it, he plugged it in and it blew up instantly! He called me, and I was like "WOW" and "REALLY?" and he assured me yes and so did his freind. So I told him to send it back no problem and I will get to the bottom of it, our refurbished amplifiers have a 1 year warranty. So I got it back here, and was thinking it must have a power supply transformer winding short.... tried like hell to make it short on the bench, no luck..... SO, I started checking things with my fluke meter, discovered that somehow the secondary winding of the first transformer was not connecting to the second, it is supposed to be. I turned the board over, and there's my answer, 2 stupid little bars (not even copper) on the top of the board that connect the secondary of the first transformer to the second were not secured, the solder had broken around the connections. I removed them, replaced them with REAL copper wire... LOL, and rebuilt the entire power supply. While I was at it I even replaced BOTH transformers with new ones just to be sure if it was something wrong with the transformers as well. I hate doing warranty work, so I ONLY do repairs the right way, that's why we charge so much. Most people, not all, have no problem paying for a job done the right way even if it costs way more than some other half-assed repair shop might charge....

Oh, about the RMA term I was thinking on replacing for other product, sorry, I saw that here is used as a noun to refer to damage on product, so yes, some amps get defects, like any other product in world.
RMA is a term to reference warranty repair / replacement -- for future reference //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I can see where it might be confusing if you did not know the term.

Ok, no problems.

About the amps you referred, you please call back the individual and he will tell you that the amps are fine. Was just a wire stuff.
