Diffrences in DD Subs???

ok so i have been think about buying the DD9515 subwoofer, but there are three kinds, 9515e 9515f 9515d which one should i get?? Only going to be running one off of a hk4000d or simliar size...Its going in a 2001 cavalier...Also what can i expect from a box that is built 4.5-5 cf and tuned to 40 hz? Pretty loud for a street beater?? thanks
