One 15 vs my 2 ported 12's

I have come to a point where i would like to get rid of my starting system, question is though should I get a 15 inch sub, or keep my Rockford Fosgate PL2-212. If I do get the 15, should it be placed in a ported or sealed box? I would like to keep my budget below $200 for the sub. Or instead of getting the 15, should i get a new amp. My current amp is an older style power acoustic gothic series 520 watt max.

get a new amp fursure...ur amp is old school but so is mine im getting a new one next month...but yea new amp and stick with subs until ur budget can go up a lil for new sub

Alright, sounds good, any good amps that are around $200, preferably a brand that is okay known, so it isn't very expensive.
