Different Ohm subs in same box?

I have two 2 ohm CVR12's running on a mono Hypnotic 600w amp. I also have one 4 ohm CVR12 wired to an old Kenwood 300+w 4-channel amp (cant think of the name right now...). Currently the two on the Hypnotic are in their own box while the Kenwood one is in a single box. I want to buy another 4 ohm and pair it with that one...once I get a new amp to replace the Kenwood. Would it sound good if I got a box to hold 4 subs even though they're different ohms? Or should I just get another box for the two 4 ohms and keep the 2 ohms in their own box too? I talked to a guy at the audio store and he said having subs in the SAME VEHICLE that aren't all the same ohm will sound bad regardless of the box they're in...? If that's the case then I guess I'll just sell this extra 4 ohm and get two more 2 ohm CVRs and a new box.

not to mention there will be other slight variances in the behavior of the sub.......

compare t/s specs between a 4 ohm and 2 ohm version of the same sub..... there will be other slight differences as a result
