did i blow my sub ?

So i was messing around wih my box the other day.. i was playing with the

Gain and i put it a little bit higher and was playing music for about 20 minutes

and then the bass was cutting out once in a while and now its not hitting as hard as before

so i lowered the gain (its at 1/4 now) and the sub is still playing but not like it used to..

i turn the volume up a little and it sounds like duh duh duh... seems an amp settings is messed up maybe?

So my amp settings at the moment are LPF = 12 HPF= Off Phase= 0

and my HU settings are all at default..

you low pass is at 12? should be at 60 to 80. set your gains properly and they should never be touched again

well ya there around 70 but above that is a switch that says full 12 24

that can't be right, your lpf should be a frequency number, not 12 24 and full. i am not fimiliar with that amp, but maybe you are adjusting the wrong thing?

what should the slope be at? also i have a switch that says Copy/Gain/Master any idea on what it should be on =P sorry for newb questions

well full will bypass the xover, 12 and 24 is based on your liking. master thing is probably for strapping amps

thanks for the responses! i remember last time this happened i fooled around with the 12 24 and it worked! HPF should be off? phase off? and wtf is this Intelli Q knob =;/
