what models does that design fall under? hah. guess the d6 isnt diamonds greatest?

The Esoterics fall in accordance with the D7s. Hence E7401 = D7401,E7056=D7056. This last until about mid '04ish.

The D5s were solid performers with the exception of the first batch back in '02-'03 while they worked fine, they had thermal issues. Specifically the D51200.1

The D6s stepped up a bit from the D5s offering a larger lineup and smaller footprint.

I have/had (when I get MD42) the D3 400.4 no problems here. I was thinking of upgrading with the 3 way version of this set until this thread. Now I gotta find what is the upgrade from the SLC 3-way version. BTW 3way in **** install > 2 way in decent install.

Due to the smilie, I will accept that as a good thing. I have had no problems at all and does nearly everything I would like affirms that it is a good thing

I had two D5's , a 300.2 and a 600.2 with very low serials and had to send both to get fixed for overheating. Glad to hear it wasn't me.
