my camera just broke today...says memory card error =( ive built the box but i cant take new pics

mine said the same thing once... I think it was because i would using the continuous shot feature and over-worked it or something. After loading all the pics to my comp and clearing it out... it worked again.

hmm maybe ill try that. it used to give me this message once in a while but then itd disappear..this one isnt going away.

Is it a Kodak camera? This happened to me with a kodak digital camera and i had to send it in to them for repairs. Luckly it was still in warranty but i had to pay to ship it to them which sucked. Haven't had a problem since though and that was about three years ago.

no its a canon powershot s400...its been around for a bit tho..and taken its share of hard meetings with concrete floors...
