Desperately need help on a system for my Jaguar XKR

Please make and recommendations or critiques of a system for my 2007 Jag XKR. I am not trying to get taken to the woodshed on price, but still want some decent SQ and install.

Thinking of doing the following

3 sundown SA-8 on a sundown 1500 amp(not sure if i want it sealed or ported)

1 pair of Hertz HKS175XL, Boston Acoustic Pros or JL Audio C5 (all 5 1/4)

2 channel amp not sure which kind, but enough to power the above.

I won't be swapping my rear speakers because the mounting depth is too shallow and i don't want to invest 300-500 in shallow mount speaker

1 audio control LC8

1-ipod intergation

What do you think. The goal is to be louder bass than my brother's m5 which has 2 10w7 on 1000watts.

Please note I have no brand loyalty so all suggestion would be helpful

sa 8s and the amp are a good choice, I would go ported if you want it to be loud. Also could you possibly fit a 6.5 speaker with an adapter plate? Look for 6.5 components and run a nice amp to them all I can really say they will get loud and stay clear
