From the research I have done it seems mobile enclosures figures all the different types of enclosures for his price and then helps you decide on the one that would work best for your setup. But I could be wrong, but that's the way it looked to me.

doubt you'll find anyone to do a design for a 6th, as they're more of a build and tweak type of enclosure IMO.

Do some research to get basic design info and go from there. Assuming it's a wall I'd build the shell big, so you have room to play with both sides, port opening, tuning, ect...

In most cases a 6th will be harder to get right in "one shot" in most applications. What are the goals for the application?

150 with a single 12. on music. nobody I know has done it....
