what is the least amount of depth i can do a ported box with a mach 5 IXL 10" sub? the mounting depth is 5.5"...

what is the least amount of depth i can do a ported box with a mach 5 IXL 10" sub? the mounting depth is 5.5"...

Well, Id say around 8" so that you factor in the two walls (whcih I assumed were going to be .75" a piece), the 5.5", plus about an inch for spacing from the rear wall..

yeah thanks. i just emailed the guy at mach 5 and he cleared it up. thanks for the reply though.
