Deleting pre-installed programs?

So I just got a Cingular 3125 Smartphone. It's pretty neat and does a lot of stuff and Uses Windows Mobile 5.0 as an operating system. However, this phone is utterly useless when it comes to personalization.

Is there any way to delete pre-installed programs off this phone? I really don't want "cingular mall," "internet explorer," "GetGood" and like twenty other programs on the start menu. The manufacturer put them on and won't let me delete them through the phone or Activesync.

That phone is made by HTC and that site has all the available custom firmwares plus hacks for them. I have the 8125 from Cingular. It's real name is the HTC Wizard. You will have to ask the guys on the other site about the real name of yours.

Oh and if you just want to remove them from the start menu. It is located under settings ---> Today Screen
