decent score?

thanks guys. the lows are ok. i have a subsonic filt set at 28 hz. yea if i would've competed i would've been in amateur street 3 and the guy that was there that day was only doin a 138 with 2 12's with the same fusing as me. hopefully i can get a decent run with a 100 amp fuse and get a 143 with new electrics and a little sound deadener. hopefully a 100 amp fuse will hold up and i can run amateur street 2. i tried a 40 amp fuse and it didn't last a second so i don't think i can run as1. you guys think ill be ok with a kinetik hc1800? that is the max they will allow in amateur street i am pretty sure. i will also have one run of 0 gauge which should **** my 4 gauge. u guys think i can pull a 143 plus with new electrical? lol ill have to show you guys a pic of my batt and then youll know why my voltage drops to 11.3-11.6. but yea ill have a vid tomer. my whole car flexs like a mofo. oh one more thing i can probably ghetto lay down my seats( it is made to fold down and looks horrible.) and pull a much better score.

Makes it even more of a respectable score. You can gain a few db's with a fold down seat.

thanks! yea i didnt even compete. i am only like 1.3 db away from the loudest as2 score (that i see on meca's point standings) this year. i want to beat that! i think if i make a a cutom 8" aero port box i can gain some debeezs. and if i un bolt my seat and lay it down. and of course a waaaaaaaay better electrical.

Can't unbolt seat as to be factory folding.. Good score though I did same thing with 1 15" HD3 off of a BXi2006 @ 40hz

I only been metered once, but I learned not to play all day long and then expect to do good on the meter. I am only @ 138, but I am hoping for a 145 with my new setup.

burp. yea my stuff was hot cuz i was playing it and it was really really hot out. i think its good considering my box sucks and my electrical sucks. but i have found 2 songs that have a really good 38 hz note. ill try um out at the next comp. they are oxycotton by lil wyte and its goin down by young joc. with my seat unbolted i should see a big improvement cuz to the ear cuz with the seat down is a big diff.it seems like it peaks more with it down but whatever works lol. oh yea what baffled me is how these guys run these watts on like 30 amp fuses i tried a sucky like atc 40 amp and blew it in like 1 sec

yea i didnt have any music so they gave me a meca cd to use.what do you have now and what did you have? i like to compare lol. also was yours at the headrest? also i think i did well considering this is my second system.my last one was an l5 10 off a zx750.1

stay with it. BTW at finals last year AS1 highest was a 147...... / AS2 148-149 etc.....you get my point. Better get testing.

I had two pioneer 12s (spl2000s) powered by a USAMPS MD2D (1800w).

Mine was on a burp. My box was built well, but I had this idea of putting aeroports exactly behind the subs. I think that was a pretty stupid idea in retrospect. It was a couple years ago. I haven't been metered since because I always change my plans.

I would go to ROE and download some of those sine waves for testing purposes.
