Debading the car, what is the best way going at it?

I accidently ripped my badge off when I was drying my car with a towl. I ripped it in half, I said **** it and ripped the rest of it off.

best way and quickest ive found is use a heat gun to heat and remove emblems, fishing string helps here, then i use a rubber buffing wheel in my drill to quickly remove the adhesive, then a quick polis and wax

Thanks for the help guys. I will try the hair dryer on it and then the fishing line and just work it off slowly. I have some goo-gone, so will try with that first......and hopefully it will work.

Also what does clay bar do? I never have used it before.
