Im assuming some areas of the vehicle need more attention with sound deadening material than others...

I really have no idea what areas need what.

Like, the roof, does that need the thick **** or the less high-intensity **** ?

And the flooring, doors, A-Frames !??!

Please, these are all good questions and I realise they have probably been addressed before... but here might be a new question...

Anyone used this stuff :

OR

!?!?!?!?

Thanks in advance,

generally the thicker stuff would go in the trunk, floor, and the doors.....dont really think ive seen to may people put stuff in the headliner......but i'd assume you'd use some thin material there....

ps...there is a guy on this site that makes some sound deadening stuff that u can get cheap...send a pm to ifandorbuts very nice guy....

Your assumption is correct.

I really have no idea what areas need what.

What do you drive?

The roof usually doesnt rattle as much as the body panels of a trunk, so yes, you can use thinner material on the roof. I just use the same thickness of material all over the car - just double it up in problem area's.

And the flooring, doors, A-Frames !??!

Yes, you will need to do the floor. The doors are key..body panels ratting sounds like ****

Never used the second one.

Check the link in my signature below for Second Skin products...its worthwhile, affordable, and it really works well. Also look at eDead(http://www.edesignaudio.com)

Thanks in advance,

If ya have any more questions, feel free to ask.

If you have that much then yeah go for it. It's incredibly nice to just have the option. I remember the first time driving after I put it on...
