deadened door.

i applied sound deadening to my passengers side door. i put 2 layers on the inner door paneland a 3rd layer right behind the speaker and then sealed the holes with plexiglass. then applied one layer of deadening on the outer panel. door sure seems heavy now. is this going to mess up the hinges? if it wont mess up the hinges then im lovin it. the door closes so much more solid now. thx for advice
