Also, check the plug that goes into the Alternator.

My cousin's car had the same exact problems to where it would start back up.

If it does it again and you are in an empty parking lot......get a small hammer or something and knock on the starter. Sometimes when they are going bad they get stuck and a nice hit to them will loosen it up.

Well i talked to one of the techs at my work and he said to test the other grounds under the hood to see if i get the same voltage reading i am at the battery... So i put my dmm + on the battery and put the - on the the ground from my engine block to my chasis and im only reading 3.04 volts... So looks like i have a bad ground somewhere... Guess all i can do is rewire all my big three and see if that does the trick...

Starter of course. or somehow you fried your computer

There is no possible way it could be just the starter. The starter does one thing. Start the car. Not take all the power from inside your car and make the car stall.

Yeah its deffinately not the starter... If it was that easy i would be so happy right now!

Well to see if it worked i took off all my grounds on my big three and cleaned all the surfaces and reconnected everything and i am back in business! Its amazing what a bad ground can do!! i remember the first day i got my acura integ. pulled it into my garage, went to go take it for a spin.. turn the key on.. nothing.. i was like WTF!!! opend up the hood and the neg on the batt was loose, tightened it up, and it was allll good...

I was going to say old batt cables, but see that you did BIG3, so one of them must not be making a good connection which is what you found.

Cool when it's something simple...
