DD's at a lower tuning???

All that was accomplished when I had my AQ's tuned to 34hz vs. 40hz was lower output on the higher freq. and over emphasized low end. My box peaked at the tuning and output slowly got lower as the freq. went higher. When I tried a higher tuning the low end wasn't hurt that much but the top end had much more strength.

i loved my 9518 when it was tuned to 33hz, moved lots of air and played well under 26hz..... but just changing tuning a tad put me up almost 2 db's ....... now 40 hz can be a musical box , its just goin to depend on what music you like tho......
