DC lvl4 XL has higher Fs than regular lvl4?

maybe i'm misinterpreting what the Hz level of Frequency response-(Fs) means, but according to DC's sub specs, the lvl4 XL has an Fs of 38.90Hz and the regular lvl4 has an Fs of 27.40 Hz.......

does this mean that the regular lvl4 can play lower notes/frequencies than the lvl4 XL? or am i missing something?

wait, i feel kinda retarded after thinking about is. seeing how the Fs decreases with each "weaker level" speaker.. but if someone would care to enlighten me on this issue i'm all eyes and ears
