whats up with dc a buddy of mine order his recones over 2 weeks ago and hasnt recieved anything yet and he has blowed the phone up out there and no answer if you ask me bad customer service is any one else haven this issue finals is coming in fast and he needs these to go and has already prepaid a non refundable entry fee if i was him and was going through this i would be pissed off and getting my money back and going with other means of recone kits

Did he try emailing them? Thats the easiest way when they are this busy. Rusty was the only one there building everybodys stuff for finals and I think the Dual 1 XL coils got pushed but I think they came in

rusty ana and rob are busy as hell,trying to catch up on all the back orders.if you email them they will get back to you in a day or so.i was talking to rusty via email yesterday .

Like everyone else mentioned they are pretty swamped right now as you could imagine and the easiest way to get ahold of Rusty definitely is through email. Try that and see how it goes. Trying to order something this time of year from most of the smaller companies that have limited staff will take longer than normal. Their CS has been top notch in all my dealings with them, including a fiasco late last year w/ a few Lvl 5s and I was thoroughly taken care of.

well if i was running a business and i knew that this was my peak seaons i would of started ordering my supplys a few months ago or have someone for just answering the phone i understand he may be busy but for a old school guy that dont use email only source he knows of communication is a phone im not saying anything bad about rusty or dc love the products and have heard great things but he needs communication.

well again i'll say i talked to him yesterday via email.when they are swamped as they are no one is at the front office they are all assembling woofers as we speak.all the amps are gone til summer but we will have more in stock ,i'm told early summer tho.xl's and lvl 5's are out of stock now but will be back in stock in 60 days .again send him an email , he will answer.

I have a friend that has had similar issues with ordering recones from them.

Personally I know I blow up a lot of woofers so I keep enough parts to do 4 or 5 recones at all times.

so why dont he order a **** ton of supplies hire some chinese kids lower the counter and put their *** to work because chinese made is best made lol plus cheap labor.
