they are sundowns. do you really not see that? thats why they arnt being sold on any sites. they got a bunch of sundown amps with DC on them. it was a one time order. if they sold these amps continuously they would be sued.

there is nothing to report on performance dude. its a sundown amp.

thats why i posted a pic of the ap amp because in the first page someone said it was the new ap amp, which everyone says is the same as the rd amp

Wrong pic. That's of the RD. Not the AP. The AP is colored. Either way they are all the same.

Its not a Sundown ...it is alot closer to the RD ...we dont have the 3000d anymore ..they are Zenon 3000 watters .. ..

just curious why'd you'd opt to go the route of RD and go with DC instead.. I ask only because they are pretty much going to be the same if not similar amplifier since they are both coming from the same buildhouse. Is this simply from a cost factor ?

I currently have pretty meh equipment, and the DC amps that I bought will suffice for the time being. I've been looking at RD amps for quite a while, but the DC stuff is approximately half the price.

Same exact product for half the price = why not give it a try?

This will just be a little temporary setup until I can get to work on something much more worthwhile. In fact, I may throw all of this stuff into a friend's ride. I really don't know yet...

No they are not alike at all. The only ones I am aware of are rd 3250.1 v2 and aqx3500
