Dampening Question. Is it worth it?

Hi!

So, I'm building a some what budget build and I have been looking at dampeners and I found some dynamat extreme on sale and picked that up but i have been looking at luxury liner, Luxury liner pro, and Dynapad. Off the bat i ruled out dynapad all the sites i looked it is just as expensive as LLP but everyone says LLP is way better. So, I'm asking is the 1/8 thickness worth the price difference between LLP and regular LL?

does dampenig make a difference ? sorry but im also was wondering on putting on my doors and roof ' i have a 2007 f150 4 door ' theres alot of dampenig.
