I'm not talking about pointless anecdotes. I'm talking about actual law, as set forth by the actual Supreme Court. Your moron judge who probably didn't even graduate college, has no idea what real law is. The law is the same across the entire United States. It's the same whether or not your judge knows it. I've given you everything you need to understand this law. It's on you if you're unwilling to learn.
Here a cop can only search if he has probable cause, and he can only search where he thinks where something is hidden. Like if they think you have drugs, they can search wherever the **** they want, but if they think you have like an assault rifle, they cannot search your glovebox (since an assault rifle wont' fit), but if he is searching due to weed or something that can fit, they can very well search your glovebox.
