I have a 99 Dakota and am looking to put an 8" or 10" w7 in, any ideas on where I can put it? I was looking at getting components for the front, co-axials in the rear with 2 separate amps (1 for the comp.s and 1 for the sub), any ideas on speakers? I was looking at boston acoustics.

Reg Cab Or Extra?

I would get a really nice set of 6.5" Comps up front & Forget about rears...

You can Do a 8" in the cernterconsole if you dont mind loosing the storage space

shoot you could do a 10" if you put it close to the dash..

i agree. i have a 97 ex-cab which will be getting 2 15 treo's as soon as i can get some good amps. but you should just ditch the back speakers. when you get some bass in there you'll never be able to hear them. you can get pre-fabbed boxes for 1 or 2 10's that go under the seat if you extended cab. most people like the console sub and syas it hits real clear and tight.
