D4s jp63

Hi, my JP63’s Bluetooth bass knob stuck at “Scn”. It was working fine since 4 months. Now it is not connecting to the amplifier. Is this bass knob faulty or is fault in the amplifier?
I don't know if your problem was resolved but as of today June 1st 2025 I have a JP 83 the bass knob worked good for at least a month bass knob went into scan I just unhooked my three fuses to the amp unplugged the base knob waited 10 minutes plugged it all back in and it's working properly at the moment I never uninstalled my B2 audio bass knob so I've always had adjustment but with both of them if the bass is clipping you can turn the down for sound one down a little bit. I need this knob for the clipping and temperature even though I have a 270 CFM fan on it now still great to know the temperature in Florida, and by the way before hooking fuses up if you use a test light and connect a good power source from the battery to the power wire of the amp with the test light and wait till the light goes out no spark it only lit up on the first one maybe different for other people but I waited for the first one to go out the others didn't light up at all and had no spark on all three.
