I would e-mail d4s and explain to them what’s going on. It might be just a faulty bass knob. In my situation everything worked on bass knob but clip light was stuck on and amp would come on it never went in protect.ended up being The Bluetooth card failed on mine

The Bluetooth card failed on mine

IIRC on another thread a user was having issues with the BT on one of the JP amps. He removed the BT card ftom the amp and used it as is. He just opened the amp and pulled out the card like removing a Nintendo cartridge.
I have been trying to find the thread without success so I may be wrong as to what the BT card was controlling.
