D4 sub wire to 2 amp at 2ohms a piece?!

Hey, need to know on the quickness for a friend.

Friends gettin an Orion HCCA 15" D4.

He has a jbl bp1200.1 which is 1200 x1 at 2ohms

Wants to buy another of the same amp.

Can he run both amps on this sub at 2ohms?

Worse case scenario, wire it to 1ohm on each?
