D2 Shredder ohm's question

I have a d2 shredder and want to run it a 1 ohm. i know it can be done but im not sure how to do it and how safe it is i have heard conflicting reports

if someone could let me know that would be awsome.

I will be pushing 4 memphis 12's all single voice coil and all 8 ohms

4 12's , all svc 8 ohm will only get down to 2 ohms if in parallel.... you can't wire in into 1 ohm

what ever you were told about that its wrong. you cannot wire four single 8 ohm voice coil subs to one ohm. the lowest you can go is 2 ohms.

I dont know what i was thinking i guess i thought if you took 2 8 ohm subs and ran them parallel you get for then add one more and you got 2.
