CV V-Max 15" enclosure for BMW E46

Hi all

I just got a 15 Cerwin Vega V-Max rated 600W RMS. I want to install it into my Beemer 3series-E46. I tried the CV website for enclosure design and they emailed me a confusing program. Please help me with enclosure design, should I use fibreglass to line the box, vented or sealed??? please help:uhoh:

try a 3 cube tuned to around 32 and you should be happy.

Thanx sandman, but do I have to use a 3" or 4" port to get 32Hz?

your tuning is dependant on the size box, port size, and port length so you will need to probably use 3 or 4 4" ports to get the right amount of port area and the length you will need to find out using a program.

Is it better to have the sub&ports facing through the ski panel or is it better to have the subs facing the boot like most cars?
