Cutting stage of lifting?

I'll research both of those. I want something effective but not horribly unsafe.
best bet to hold muscle on a cut is bcaa's alot of them. Fish oil 2x a day works very well too. Anywhere between 9-15 grams. 20-30grams a day would be a good start for bcaas.. Take them before and after cardio, which you should probably start doing, a few times a week. Take the rest in between meals. Fish oil should be taken WITH MEALS to make sure your body doesnt' just metabolise it. For cardio, keep it heavy as you can, andbrief. Dead sprints, jumprope, any form of hiit. Other that that drop overall calories if you dont' a bit, but keep protein high, at least 1gram/lb of bw is a good point.

Well, he was asking for advice on workout aiding drugs, which I cannot ever recall anyone here being able to give good advice on prior to now.

 
Im going to be cutting in the spring/summer time. Ill be using Clen and ECA, switching them up every 2 weeks. Thought about using some T3 but I'll have to look into that some more first. Though if I were to use just one supp it would be ECA, Ive heard the best things about that when used on its own.

ive heard conflicting views on a Clen/ECA stack. some say the ECA on your off weeks will prevent the down regulation of your receptors which will significantly decrease the effectiveness of the clen. you may want to really check up on this first.

I've heard the same thing. Even read a log on it and user was very disappointed and blamed this theory. Believe it's over on anabolicminds somewhere.

really now? hmm Ive talked to some people who swear by it. actually now reading some posts on bb.com looks like they agree with you haha wtf, I used to see people using this all the time. Looks like I'll be using the clen/t3 stack in that case.
