Cutting into my Dash

I'm thinking about cutting the middle part of my dashboard to install a 7inch screen into it. what tool would i need/use for this cut?

air body saw. or a saws all or a air cutting wheel

air saw, and also some body filler (maybe), and some abs plastic to fill in gaps if necessary. some fine and coarse sanding paper as well, then some spray paint to match the dash color.
