Cutting Angles greater than 45 degrees..

I think i finally understand. A 60 degree cut is basically the same thing as a 30 degree cut, just pending on which way the board is facing...right?

That explains why table saws only go up to 45 degreees..

 
mmm... can I ask a quite honest question?

Why don't you just model it with wood and then make it out of fiberglass?

This would be less cumbersum I think.
