I think i finally understand. A 60 degree cut is basically the same thing as a 30 degree cut, just pending on which way the board is facing...right?

That explains why table saws only go up to 45 degreees..

Why don't you just model it with wood and then make it out of fiberglass?

You can run the board through the saw 4 different ways...4 times 45 equals 180....
