no way, table saw is king. Much easier to use. Set the fence and cut. Very accurate

I used a jigsaw on all my cuts lol. I have so much experience with it that the cuts were very straight. I dont recomend it though lol. I just like it cuase its so **** easy to use

I prefer the jigsaw as well. I just finished building a 1 cu ft sealed box for my RE HC that I sold to my friend. The box was sealed very well, but there was an air leak between the sub and box so I just put some liquid nails in between. I'll finish building my 8" in the next week or two.

Btw, I definately use hot wire, cuts like butter.

Paying the guys who make the cuts for you at Home Depot or Lowe's usually works good. Espaecially if the box is big and you need long straight cuts. a panel saw is pretty accurate.

Pfffft your all rookies, butter knife thats cheating back in my day we cut with a small wax candle, HAVE YOU EVER CUT WOOD ACCURATLY WITH A CANDLE? I didddnt think so.
