your dumb anyone should be able to build u a custon sub for under or around $1000 but if you want a custom wrapped voice coil to do that all day youll' have to pay out the ***. get an 18" that had a P-P of 5 inches and has 8 magnets as bug around as the cutout hole and a 6" 12ga VC thats 4-8 layers @ .75 ohms. quad coil of course. do it big, that would be closer to the $5400.
