correct. 10.29 is counting what the woods takes up. and I've already included the sub displacement. Looking at 3.21 per subwoofer not counting the port displacement.

trunk dimensions. looking to do...60 wide x 16 high x 29 deep

Could look into an aero port.

trunk is 44x13x9 in the back 60x16x21 in the front..so 11.69cuft airspace...10.29 after wood....9.66 after speaker....i dont know the port displacement yet

you will have better output with 2 subs with the proper airspace and port size than 3 with the box and port too small for them

....3 subs installed sub par may under perform against to 2 of the same but done right.

Id do 2 15s myself. I've never really heard a 15 proform excellent in 3 cubes.

It really depends... if the dc can perform well in 3 cubes each then look into an external port. But if they really need 4+ to shine then yes I would only run 2.

My old box with two 15 DD95's was 9.2 net.

Agree that you wouldn't like the outcome of smothered subs.
