Something for myself this time...used a nice hardwood plywood and kept the natural woodgrain look. 3 coats of Gloss poly inside and outside //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif

For a pair of Orion H2 tens as a daily driver box, tuned to 32hz.

I can do fiberglass work...I don't like to, but I can. If you meant does anyone do it for me...no, I would never let anyone else do work for me.

This box is 100% made out of mdf, except for some fiberglass resin on the interior walls.

"reasonably loud" means you did what at the show this weekend with it? or did you run a diff setup?

He was over a 150 with it, loud enough that he had to be outside his vehicle for his 2nd run.

150.6 1st run, 150.5 2nd run.

148.4 1st run in Bass Brawling (30 sec music average) 147.4 second run (changed music for the worse), I had a 149.x going with less then 10sec left but it hit a break in the music and dropped me fast. I think a 149 is possible as is and if I recone this sub (its a d2) so that I can actually get good power out of my amp I think it wouldn't be a problem to be at 149.9 on music. Obviously the burp would benefit as well...

Did a very unique box this week for a female NESPL/TNESPL competitor...she asked me to make a daisy port somehow since she loves flowers. This is what I came up with for her:suave:

It's 3ft net, 6" port tuned to 33hz , double baffled and braced so it's not just "girly", it should be fun to listen to as well and relatively loud.
