Custom rear deck install need opinions....

Well my brother is not that satisfied with his H2. It is overpowering his front stage quite a bit. So I am selling it for him and we are going to do a custom rear deck with 2 small subs sealed coming through his rear deck (rear deck will be baffle and will be made w/ 3/4" MDF). What are some good 8's or smaller that will just offer quick bass although still play pretty low? Will have at most 200wrms a piece to work with. Only have about 150 to spend on both. We were thinking of getting a package deal from ED, 2 ED eu700's (i know they are only 6.5's) and an ED 9.2 for $267 shipped. Anyone know of anything is this price range that would out perform those? Is is just wanting a very balanced system. His front stage consists of a set of CDT HD62CF comps (the limited production carbon fiber comps released about 2 years back not the Ef carbon fiber editions now) Running off about 100wrms a piece in his doors. I was thinking RE 8's but I believe they are a little more expensive. Anyone have any good reccomendations on a pair of good 8's?

i would suggest a pair of cdt ef-8s

you can pick them up from woofersetc.com for 59 a piece.

they should be pretty good and a pair comes out to about 150 with shipping.

or you might consider a pair of AA assassin 8s

i am going to put a pair of them into .5 each sealed in a chevy extended cab

and for 75 each they will be a little over your budget with shipping but i think they will be well worth it.

For smaller rear deck Infinite Baffle subs we often use DD1008s. A single one would be more in your price range and still kill a pair of 6.5's if you have 200w to put on it. I have a Nakamichi PA1002 that's just been in it's box, sitting on the shelf for a few years, I'll sell it for $130.00. It would be a true 400wrms for your choice of subwoofer(s), that way you have a very high quality amplifier for whatever you choose to push, for your money.

this L7 is $150, alotta people recommend these kickers, they're 8 inches and should do sum damage
