thisYou say your gonna re wrap it. I would pull the ring off you put on. make sure the baffle is completely smooth. Then glue the new ring on. Once the glue is dry take some kitty hair to the edge of the circle. Then sand it smooth. It would make a much better looking transition. And wouldn't look like an afterthought. Then wrap that bastage in some carpet and be done with it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
I agree. That one corner is the closest too your line of sight, and it really stands out. Need to clean it up all perty like //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifwhat they all said and while ur at it i would also mold the upper left corner into the back trim better to give it a cleaner look and the top. but its just a suggestion. but kitty hair is ur friend on this one
I prefer llama hair...ok, so im sorry to be honest, but i have no idea about this cat hair thing, bcuz i dont know what you guys mean, do you mean literal cat hair or fiberglass. i had a thought to cut around that new ring and make a big hole and enter that new ring back flush, and then fiberglass the new circle backing and front to the mdf and then sand.p.s. i cut a 10'' hole to be begin with cuz i thought all 10'' subs were 10'' holes, well i was wrong lol
ouch thats looks like it belongs in the JMac sig of lemans hall of fame boxes.
