Custom Fiberglass Progress Thread: check it out

yeah but the car show cars are actually not a single piece that is non removeable //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I think thats what blue was getting at.
True, I personally would like my car to be completely put back to stock when I decide to get rid of it.

But on the other hand, why do you put flake in your paint, why do you mold your bodykits, or shave door handles? It is just cool.

How do you plan on painting it?

gunna be kinda hard if you cant take it out of the car..?

Looks sweet though..

Lots of hard work I know..

Peace & Good Luck, have Fun, All that good stuff..

tape up the surrounds and than spray it? like how they dont get paint on windows when they paint cars

ah ah ah...not exactly...the large green part that was fleeced last is simply a beauty panel...
as soon as i flip down the rear seats....all that built up pressure from the trunk enters teh cabin and...BOOM

he means to do it without drips/runs.

Some spots are going to be hard to get at.

flakes and body kits arent cool....
Yeah some do, I know not all of them, im not a tuner myself, but why do spend thousands of dollars to get their car looking a certain way? Once they get done, they almost always look better than when they started. Thats why people do it. Personalization.

Ive never heard anybody saying, "That Hummer doesn't look good with 28s", unless they think they spent too much money on them.

Bottom line: Either you get it or you don't.

i am having it proffessionally done...but my one guess on hwo to aviod drips/runs ect...is to do several "light" coats, to avoid teh paint becoming a thick "heavy" liquid and thus having gravity take control...
