This subwoofer is built using a Dayton max X motor and everything else has been changed. It has a 2.38” dual 2 ohm copper coil with an increase in winding length for additional xmax. Non pressed paper cone with tall surround. Dual layer spiders with flat woven leads (spider has spots with glue on it, it was an extra one I had laying around I once got glue on but since it fit I used it anyway, doesn’t have any negative affect), direct 8 ga leads, upgraded cast frame, and real carbon fiber dust cap. It will handle 800-1000rms, I’ve run 1200 rms without issue in a sealed box which is 2.7 cubic feet internal volume. It will also do extremely well in a ported setup (it excels ported actually) using a box that is 3.25-3.75 cubic feet of internal volume. First $150 shipped gets it!
