custom box help

I built a box for two American Bass TNT 12's tuned to 33hz @ 4 cubic feet with .75 MDF. I have them on a little pioneer gm d8604.They probably are getting about 300 each. When I turn it up full tilt the box flexes at the top towards the center and I hear noise inside the box. I braced the box with 1.5 inch wood front to back & top to bottom. Can some tell me what's going on? I

I braced it from front to back and top to bottom with 1.5 wood and I used spax screws

is it slot ported or aeroport either way that is what I would suspect. either the wood comprising your slot port is vibrating or the aeroport is.
it's a slot port 4 cubic feet tuned to 33hz with 16 cubic feet of port area

Hey dude, I wanna see this box. I got my second TNT and I about ready to build my ported box. Don't forget to make a YouTube vid.

I still cant see the links maybe its me? 1.5 inch wood shouldn't flex only instance I can think is maybe you split the wood when driving the screw?
one of them did split the wood but only a small piece it has two other screws holding it down. The caulk around looks cracked and when I pull on it it really doesn't move.
