If the interest was leveled throughout the loan, there is too high of risk of refinancing. Currently people refinance at the following rate/ convention:
.2% for months 1 - 30, then 6% per year thereafter. However, that is just a general trend. If someone could figure out exactly how consumers prepaid, they would be multi-billionaires in minutes.
