I still need advice for moving out of state when I have no savings. My best options seem to be to work my way into store management and transfer to a store in another state, or get into corporate in Chicago. if the later happens, I'll need to trust Iam to let me know the good areas because where I was at last time was not good.

I was loss prevention at Kmart, then got hired by GM, then got let go the day before I would've entered the union, then I contacted my old DM and he got me a position back at Kmart. I basically had a 3 month leave of absence from Kmart.

I just got the keys yesterday. Today is carpet clean, and Friday is move day. Then the fun begins with the pool. I'm going to o with 10 G's og bleach off the bat as you suggested.
