Crossovers in the door help.

hmmm...I'm guessing it wouldn't be so good to do that...I think various crossover parts do give off heat when they stop the signal from getting through...how MUCH heat though I don't know...awesome idea by IGNORAMUS to put them in tupperware though...you don't sound like an IGNORAMUS.
