Alternator Whine

Hey wussup guys im new here and wondering if maybe you guys could possibly solve my Sound System problem, i drive a 2002 Pontiac Grand am, and when i have everything hooked up and start my car i get a high pitched whining through the speakers, but then when i turn the car off it sounds fine and while the car is running and i rev the engine the noise gets louder as the RPMs go up, ive noticed that when i discconect my RCAs which are connected to my crossover the noise goes away, but when they are back in the Whining noise comes back, any idea would be helpful.

Alright i was wondering when grounding the amps, can you use like any screw already on the car itself or is it best to create your own grounding point?

Depending on what type of power you are running, it's generally best to install your own ground. Be sure to sand away any paint/grease/etc so that you only have bare metal, and use a larger sized bolt for actually connecting the ground to the vehicle body.
