sorry for the low res pictures, just took this from my cell phone, I was so frustrated that I was going to throw it in the river and ask for a full refund but..... here I am.

I haven't tested it yet, I don't actually have a 12" enclosure to test it, I might test it free air but it will be hard to tell if it's playing as good as it should.

Is it supposed to affect the performance? It's cracked, but I cannot press the crack to see the interior or something, the magnet is just too hard. the packaging was really poor, I bought it from eBay and already asked for a full refund twice (he sent me a 10" instead of a 12" the first time but it was in good condition even with no packaging at all lolll, then he sent me that 12" and told me to keep the 10" as it would cost more to ship it back than the price of it).

sorry for my English by the way, I'm doing my best, I hope this subwoofer will be able to play great, would have been a great deal if so (2 subwoofers for free), I would use it in a sealed enclosure that I'm planning to build myself.

I will still ask for a refund, just because I've asked for a new sub and got a used one and a cracked one, which isn't acceptable...

It doesn't sound like plastic to me, it's really hard, sounds like some king of metal. And couldn't this crack grow with the SPL?

LOL! not with type r spl.

Seller thinks I'm trying to rip him off. I think I will just keep it as it with the 10". $160+$30+$30=$220 ($30 customs fees added both times) for a used 10" and a cracked 12", it's not that bad, but I would have still prefered a brand new one...

You guys don't think this crack will grow in the future and then affect the subwoofer's performances?
